In the Central Plains, you can visit the sub-regions of the Grand Prairies, and the Western Cross Timbers. The cities making up this region are Fort Worth, Denton, Abiliene, and Wichita Falls. Within these cities are great places such as the Bob Bullock State Muesuem, the Texas Sports Hall of Fame, and a great one, the Texas State Capitol Building. That last is possibly one of the most important places in modern Texas and the most important political point in Texas. Really, all the good jobs here are in retail, it is quite the Texan industry. We may be a smaller region, but this place is awesome. So come out and visit.
This region is dry and cool with twenty to thirty inches of rain a year with steamy summers and droughts.
